The interaction and communication patient-surgeon is vital to enhance the full patient journey through education, convert undecided patients, and generate business insights.
Crisalix is a unique platform that allows patients to continue their journey with you through your customized Patient App. From it, they can access their 3D, provide detailed feedback on the consultation and procedure(s) by means of dedicated surveys, write online reviews, and many more unique benefits.
- To make this integration easier, whenever you add a new patient to your Crisalix consultation, you send them the invitation to create an account in your Patient App while the photos are uploading and the 3D is in generation. This way, with the patient next to you, you can verify at the moment if they have properly received the invitation and created the account.
If your Crisalix account does not include this functionality, contact your Customer Success Manager.

- Once you accept the 3D, the patient will receive, 30 minutes later, a new email inviting them to see the 3D you just created. In order to visualize their 3D they must fill in a survey that will provide you with valuable feedback and insights about their experience in your consultation.
- When patients rate their experience with 4 or 5 stars, they are invited to share this positive review on the main social media, Google, or other review platforms. Read this article about the Online Reviews Manager.
- Patients can also use your Patient App to share their 3D within the Crisalix 3D community.
In the 3D Community, patients can get feedback and advice from other patients, friends, and family that can help them make a more confident decision while at the same time, they are becoming your promoters.
When patients are fully involved and engaged with you by means of the Patient App you:
- Enhance patient education until the treatment day and even after.
- Transform existing patients into your brand ambassadors attracting new highly qualified patients.
- Convert undecided patients and secure converted ones until the treatment day.
