Keeping the procedure status updated is essential for both patient management and accurate business reporting.
The Procedure Status (Confirmed / Undecided / Declined) directly affects the metrics of your Business Dashboard, including revenue at risk, revenue recovered, and your conversion rate. If statuses are not updated correctly, your financial data and performance insights will be inaccurate. For this reason, it is important to update each patient’s procedure status consistently and as soon as a decision is made.
The Procedure Status must be updated individually for each patient.
- Open the Patient list
- Select the desired patient
- Open the Procedures tab
- Locate the procedure you want to update
- Under the question:
“Will the patient undergo the procedure?”
Select one of the following options:
- Yes (Confirmed) – The patient has decided to proceed with the procedure.
- Undecided – The patient is still considering the procedure.
- No (Declined) – The patient has decided not to proceed. - Click Save to confirm and update the status
Update the procedure status immediately after the consultation or as soon as the patient communicates their decision. This ensures your performance dashboard and revenue tracking remain accurate and reliable.
