Once confirmed the payment of your subscription, you will receive an email from Crisalix confirming that you can access your account.
By default, your account is created with your contact email and a temporary password. As soon as you try to access your Crisalix for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password. You will be redirected automatically to the Password page.
- Enter your New password in the field provided.
- Confirm the new password you have just entered in the field provided.
- Enter your current (temporary) password.
- Select Update to apply your changes.
A confirmation message appears at the top of your screen.
Once updated your password, you can access Crisalix and start using it.
