The Crisalix latest face simulator ensures an intuitive and user-friendly experience. As soon as your 3D is created and accepted, the screen is split in two with two 3D models and some menus and icons:
BEFORE (Left image)
This is the 3D model of your patient before any procedure is simulated. It is not editable.
AFTER (Right image)
This is the 3D model that will display the simulations made. The “After” name changes as soon as you save a simulation with its name.
Top bar
The top bar includes the Crisalix logo, the ID of your patient, and your current Ratings average, together with some generic icons, applicable to any type of simulations (face, breast, body).
Select the left arrow to go back to the patient's profile, or the Crisalix icon to go to your main dashboard.
Analysis: General assessment of your patient's anthropometric measurements, proportions, or specific measurements. Select Analysis to open the dedicated menu and visualize some predefined measurements like angles, specific distances for the upper, middle or lower third, the eline… You can find more details in Face Analysis menu.
Report: Opens the Procedure report of the patient, related to the status of the procedure.
Share: Presents the details of when the Remote access to the patient app was given and its current status.
PDF: You can create an A4 PDF file with some very useful information like the images of the simulations created, a detail of the procedures, their price, and some additional comments. Moreover, this PDF file can be fully customized with your own brand and include your contact details.
(Open) Simulations: Once created and saved, you can access all the simulations created by you or by your patient. You can select a maximum of 4 3D images and they will be open at the same time on your screen.
Bottom bar
The bottom bar includes some buttons that affect the visualization of both the Before and After 3D images.
Pre-defined views: Select any of the predefined views and both your before and after 3D model will change the visualization perspective accordingly. With Rotate, the 3D models will rotate sideways automatically.
Progressive Transition: When you have simulated some procedures, you can either compare the after 3D model against the before one having both images on the screen or you can see a progressive transition between these two stages. When you select the Transition button, only the after image is presented on the screen. Also, a vertical slider appears. The bottom part corresponds to the before and the bottom part corresponds to the after. Move slightly the slider up or down to see a progressive transition. See How to compare the Before and After using the progressive transition tool.
Full screen: Select to remove the top bar from your current view and give more space to just the simulator and its own functionalities. Select one more time to exit the full-screen mode.
Left bar
The left menu presents some additional functions related to the simulations, but they do not modify the 3D model. Some of them are breast-specific.
Drawing tool: The new drawing tool allows you to seamlessly illustrate procedures, highlight key areas of concern, and convey treatment options with clarity and precision. For more information, read Drawing tool section.
VR visualization: With Crisalix you can create an engaging patient experience thanks to its Virtual Reality technology. With it, patients are fully immersed in a Crisalix environment where they can see the result of their aesthetic surgery or procedure in a seemingly real scenario. See Crisalix VR.
Record: Select this button to record the simulation windows.
[SOON] Export 3D: Select the 3D images you want to export and a ZIP file (that includes 3 files: .mtl, .obj, .jpg) will be saved to your computer or device.
Settings: The Settings menu holds important functions like Background color, or Tooltips, that help you define your preferred visualization settings.
Help: Opens the dedicated Crisalix Knowledge Base.
