Your Patient App signup link gives patients direct access to your customized Patient App, where they can create an account or access an existing one.
Share this link across your social media accounts, online campaigns, emails, and website to promote your practice and make it easier for patients to access your Patient App.
- Sign in to your Crisalix account.
- Open the main menu and select Patient app.
- Select the Signup link tab.
- Your personal signup link appears in the Signup link field.
To customize the link, edit the customizable part of the URL. Use only lowercase letters and numbers, with a maximum of 60 characters. - Select Save to save your changes.
- Select Copy to copy the signup link.
- Add the link wherever you want patients to discover and access your Patient App, such as your:
- Social media profiles and posts
- Online campaigns
- Emails
- Website
The Patient App offers dedicated pre- and post-consultation modules. If you cannot access them, contact your Customer Success Manager.
