    Your business overview

What does the Business Overview show?

It summarizes the financial value of procedures linked to patients created within the selected timeframe.

    It displays:

    • Turnover generated (confirmed procedures)
    • Turnover at risk (undecided or declined procedures)
    • Turnover recovered (procedures that moved from at-risk to confirmed)

These metrics reflect the evolution of patient decisions during the selected period.

What do “at risk,” “recovered,” and “generated” mean?

    • At risk: Procedures currently undecided or declined.
    • Recovered: Procedures that moved from undecided/declined to confirmed.
    • Generated: Newly confirmed procedures within the selected timeframe.

These terms describe how procedure decisions evolve.

What does “Turnover at risk” represent in practical terms?

Turnover at risk represents the total value of procedures that are currently undecided or declined.

It highlights potential revenue that has not yet been secured and may require follow-up.

How does the date filter work in Business Overview?

The date filter is based on patient creation date, not procedure date.

    This means:

    • All patients created within the selected timeframe are included.
    • All procedures linked to those patients are considered in the calculations.

By default, the dashboard shows the last 90 days and compares them with the previous 90 days.

    How are financial values calculated?

    Values are calculated using:

    • The procedure prices configured in your account (see How to customize the Patient App  ).
    • If no price is defined, country average prices are used.

The dashboard reflects potential procedure value based on status.
It does not represent collected payments or replace accounting systems.

What does the Conversion Rate represent?

It shows the percentage of procedures confirmed after a Crisalix consultation.

    It measures consultation outcome effectiveness.
See Undecided Patients Manager© for more information.

Is the Conversion Rate limited to the selected timeframe?

No. Unlike the Business Overview, the Conversion Rate is calculated historically and is not restricted to the 90-day filter.

    Dummy/test patients are excluded.

Is the Conversion Rate benchmarked against other clinics?

No. It reflects only your clinic’s data.

Why is it important to consistently update procedure status?

Procedure status (Confirmed / Undecided / Declined) directly affects:

    • Revenue at risk
    • Revenue recovered
    • Conversion rate

If statuses are not updated correctly, financial metrics will be inaccurate. See How to update the Procedure Status for a patient.

    Engagement & Decision Signals

What does “Patients who need attention” mean?

It shows the number of procedures with status:

    • Undecided
    • Declined

These represent open decisions that may require follow-up.

    What are “Most active patients”?

This section ranks the top three patients based on the number of 3D simulation views.

Only patients created within the selected timeframe are included.

What does “3D views from Patient App” indicate?

3D views show how many times patients have opened and revisited their simulations in the Patient App. Repeated views often indicate ongoing reflection or interest, especially after the consultation.rdion Body

Does a higher number of 3D views always mean the patient will proceed?

Not necessarily. Frequent views suggest engagement, but the final decision depends on multiple factors. These signals should be interpreted in context.

    Reputation & Feedback

What does the Ratings & Reviews section display?

It shows the most recent patient ratings and written comments submitted during the selected period. From this section, you can read individual reviews, access the full list, and see which reviews to publish on your profile or website.

Can I choose which patient reviews are published?

The decision to make a review public always belongs to the patient.

Doctors cannot manually select, approve, or edit individual reviews displayed in the widget.

The widget displays reviews automatically based on system rules. However, doctors can configure general display settings, such as:

    • Setting a minimum rating threshold (e.g., display reviews equal to or above a selected star level)
    • Choosing to include only reviews from patients whose 3D simulation was created by them

These settings apply automatically to all eligible reviews, they do not allow manual selection of specific comments.

For transparency and best practice reasons, it is recommended to display all reviews, including lower-rated ones, to provide a complete representation of patient feedback.

Doctors may separately share selected reviews on their own social media channels using the dedicated feature available on Crisalix.

    What does “Clinic stats” represent?

Clinic Stats aggregates survey responses and displays the percentage of positive answers for key consultation-related indicators, such as:

    • Recommend doctor
    • Quick decision
    • 3D confirmed desires
    • 3D key for decision

These percentages quantify how patients perceived their consultation and the impact of 3D visualization on their decision-making.

What happens if post-consultation surveys are disabled?

If surveys are disabled, Clinic Stats and related feedback indicators will not have data.

The Dashboard does not estimate or simulate missing feedback — it only reflects real patient responses.

What can I do to ensure this section shows accurate data?

    To ensure reliable feedback metrics:

    • Patients must receive access to the Patient App
    • Post-consultation surveys must remain active
    • Procedure statuses must be updated correctly
    • The standard Crisalix workflow should be followed

If these steps are not followed, the Dashboard will show limited or incomplete metrics.

    Marketing & Decision Analysis

What does the Marketing & Decision Analysis section show?

This section provides visibility into how patients enter your Crisalix environment, how they move through the digital journey, and how procedure decisions are distributed.

It includes patient source breakdown, reasons for indecision, decision rate distribution, and marketing funnel metrics.

By default, data reflects the selected timeframe (last 90 days).

    What does “Patient source” represent?

Patient source shows the distribution of where patients originate (e.g., social media, internet, other).

This data depends on correct source tracking when creating patient records in the CRM.

If patient source is not properly recorded, the distribution will be incomplete or inaccurate.

What does “Reasons for indecision” mean?

This metric reflects the most common reasons reported by patients who did not confirm a procedure.

It is based on patient responses collected through the system.

It helps identify recurring conversion barriers, such as budget concerns or hesitation.

If surveys are disabled or not completed, this section will not provide meaningful data.

Why is “Reasons for indecision” strategically important?

It helps clinics understand why patients hesitate before confirming.

This insight can support adjustments in consultation communication, follow-up strategy, and expectation management.

What is the strategic value of this section?

This section connects patient acquisition with decision outcomes.

    It helps clinics:

    • Understand where patients come from
    • Identify friction in the decision process
    • Monitor digital engagement before and around consultation
    • Improve conversion through better follow-up and communication

All metrics are based exclusively on activity within the clinic’s Crisalix environment.

    Operational Activity

What does the Operational Activity section show?

It displays a chronological feed of recent patient-related events within your Crisalix environment, such as post-consultation surveys, post-procedure surveys, and other relevant account updates.

Events are listed from newest to oldest.

Does this section require immediate action?

Not necessarily. The Activity feed provides visibility into ongoing events but does not automatically require intervention.

It supports awareness rather than workflow enforcement.

    Why is this section important?

It provides centralized, real-time visibility of patient interactions without requiring navigation across multiple sections of the platform.

This supports operational awareness within the clinic.
