Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your Crisalix account. In addition to your password, you must enter a one-time verification code directly sent to your inbox.

1. At the top left of your personal Crisalix home page, select the main menu button to show the left-hand side menu.
2. Under Settings select Account.
3. At the top of the Account page, select the Settings tab.
4. Navigate to the Multi-Factor Authentication section.
5. Select to enable it and click Update.

Multi-Factor Authentication is now active for your account.
 

Once MFA is enabled, every time you sign in:

1. Enter your email address and password.
2. Select Sign in.
3. Crisalix sends a one-time verification code to the email address associated with your account.
4. Open the email and copy the verification code.
5. Return to the login page and enter the code.
6. Select Verify to complete the sign-in process
