    How to Set Up an Automatic Response for Patient Enquiries

    You can configure an automatic reply to instantly respond to new patient enquiries sent through the Patient App.
    This helps you acknowledge messages right away and save time handling large enquiry volumes.

    1. In your Crisalix account, access the left menu to open Patient App → Customize → Settings.
    2. Find the “Enquiry Auto-Reply” section and turn the Enquiries automatic response switch ON.
      A text box will appear for your message.
    3. Type the message patients will receive automatically when they send an enquiry.
    4. Save your changes. 
      If the text box is empty, saving won’t be allowed.
      If you delete your message and save again, the system will restore the default reply.

    Notes:

    • The feature is off by default.
    • When enabled, every new enquiry automatically receives your set message.
    • Replies appear directly inside the enquiry thread.
