In order to start with any simulation process you must first add a new patient to your database.
If you want to practice and learn about the several tools and parameters, do not add a new patient! Try first with the built-in dummies. Read Adding dummies to get familiar with the simulators.
- From the main menu
of your personal home page, select Patients
to open the menu. - Select New patient.
Alternatively, you can find a shortcut to create a New patient on your home main page. - Edit the name of the patient.
By default, the name of the patient is the current date and time. You can edit it by typing on top of it, or delete it if you select the cross (X) on the right of the box. - Select the type of simulation you would like to create for this specific patient.
- Select Add patient to open the page with the patient details and data.
- If applicable, select Edit details, on the top right, to add some personal information about your patient.
- Upload the relevant photos and select Create 3D.
See Taking and uploading photos to create a 3D model for more information. - Select the procedure(s) the patient is interested in undergoing, and Continue.

*If you want to add a different procedure, you can do it selecting + Other procedure. After having added it, select it to add it to your list of procedures of interest.
If you want to change the order of the procedures selected, just deselect them and they will be numbered automatically.

Invite your patient to your Patient App. For that, add your patient's email address and select Send invitation.
The patient will receive an email with an invitation to create an account.
- Check the quality of the 3D created and, when happy, select Yes to accept it.
30 minutes after accepting the 3D, the patient will receive an email to visualize their 3D on your customized Patient app.
A new patient is added to your Patients list and has created an account to interact with you from the Patient app.
