With Crisalix, you can record and share 3D before and afters directly to your Facebook and Instagram professional accounts. Since these platforms do not allow nudity, recordings of breast simulations must have the nipples covered before sharing.

To ensure compliance, this tool offers the option to record with nipple covers applied automatically, eliminating the extra step of covering nipples with the cover nipples tool. This makes it easier to create and share patient-friendly content that meets social media guidelines.

Select the Record button on the left sidebar.
The Recording menu opens.

1. Select the Recording button to start recording. 
   A counter displays the current length of the recording. There is a maximum limit of 5 minutes for screen recording. When 05:00 is reached, the Download/Share preview window appears automatically.
   

   You can upload your own logo to cover the nipples with it. See Covering nipples with your own logo.

    
2. Select one more time the Recording button to stop the current recording. 
   The Download/Share Preview window opens. 
3. Select download.
   The recorded video is downloaded as an MP4 file in your device. Its size is 1280 × 720 pixels, ready for publication on social media or any desired platform.
   If needed, you can preview the recording before downloading. The recording preview offers some personalized settings like Playback speed or Picture-in-picture visualization. These settings are opened from the three vertical dots on the bottom right corner of the preview window. 
4. Select Instagram/Facebook share

• If you still haven't done so, you must first connect your Facebook and Instagram professional accounts to Crisalix.
• When you have linked your Facebook or Instagram accounts, select to which of them you want to share this new recording. 
• Use the space provided to enter your custom caption and hashtags. A character counter will help you control the length of your text.
