The new Breast Simulator includes a Tools menu that complements the dedicated Breast Procedures menu. In addition to the Breast Refinement Lines, the Tools menu provides several advanced editing features to help you create more accurate and realistic simulations.
Clone skin
The Clone skin tool lets you copy skin texture from one area of the 3D model and apply it to another. It is useful for softening shadows, blending textures, or removing marks that may appear after editing the 3D model.

Refinement lines
The Refinement lines tool displays all the lines that define the 3D breast model. Each line can be adjusted individually, allowing you to simulate specific breast procedures with greater precision.
You can also use this tool to fine-tune simulations that were initially created using the dedicated Procedures functions.
Scars
The Scars tool allows you to draw realistic scars directly on the patient's 3D model, helping patients better understand potential post-surgical results.
To create a scar, select the
Pencil tool and draw directly on the model.
You can customize scars using the following controls:
- Thickness – Adjusts the width of the most recently created scar.
- Pigmentation – Changes the color intensity of all scars.
- Intensity – Controls the overall visibility of all scars.
Skin treatment
The Skin treatment tool lets you apply aesthetic skin improvements to selected areas of the patient's 3D model. This feature is ideal for demonstrating localized skin treatments without modifying facial or body contours.
Apply a custom skin treatment
- Open Tools and select Skin treatment.
- Select Custom Area Treatment.
- Select the Pencil tool to define or edit the area you want to treat.
- Select the Brush tool to paint the selected area.
- Use the Thickness slider to adjust the brush size.
- Use the Intensity slider to control the strength of the treatment.
- Select Apply to confirm the changes or Cancel to discard them.
This workflow provides precise control over where the treatment is applied, making it ideal for simulating smoother skin, tone correction, and other localized aesthetic improvements.
Freehand
The Freehand tool allows you to manually reshape the 3D model by interacting directly with its surface. It is ideal for making localized refinements that are not covered by the standard procedure simulations.
- Open the Tools menu.
- Select Freehand.
- Select the Freehand icon to activate editing.
- Adjust the Size slider to define the editing area.
- Drag directly on the 3D model to push or pull the surface.
- Repeat as needed until you achieve the desired result.
Select Undo to revert the last Freehand edit.
Select Reset all to remove all Freehand modifications and restore the original model.
