You may receive a request from one of your patients to change the email address related to their account and access to your Patient App.
The email address in the Patient Access can be different from the email address in the patient's contact details.
In order to change your patient's email address to access their Crisalix account, you must first remove their access:
- From the home screen, select Patients list and scroll down until you find the patient.
- On the patient's profile, select to open the Patient Access tab.
- Select the bin icon to delete the patient access or invitation. A new form to give your patient remote access opens.
- Enter a new email address and select Continue.
- If applicable, select the simulations to be visible in the patient's account and select Send Invitation.
Your patient will receive a new invitation to create an account and view their 3D.
