A full, successful Crisalix consultation follows a structured workflow that guides you from patient intake to a complete visual simulation, and follow-up even after the consultation. The steps below describe the generic workflow; however, some steps may vary slightly depending on whether the consultation involves an invasive or a non-invasive treatment. Contact your Customer Success Manager for a fully personalized Crisalix consultation workflow.
- If applicable, create a new patient.
See How to add a new patient. - Take three or four photos of the patient according to the region to be simulated.
See Taking and uploading photos to create a 3D model. - Take the specific measurement (interpupillary distance, nipple to nipple, or hip circumference) requested to ensure accurate 3D creation and calculations.
- Upload the relevant photos following the order described.
- Select Create 3D.
- Select the procedures the patient is interested in.
- Invite the patient to access the Patient App.
This increases conversion, strengthens education, supports undecided patients, and boosts word-of-mouth referrals. - Check the resulting 3D and accept if you are happy.
- Make a previous analysis and assessment of the patient's anatomic metrics.
See Pre-assessing the patient before simulating the procedure. - Simulate specific procedures.
See the dedicated topics for each type of simulation.Remember! You can simulate more than one procedure in the same simulation.
- If needed, use additional tools like Refinement lines, Scars, or Skin-related tools, among others, to fine-tune the simulated procedure.
See the dedicated topics. - Move and rotate the "after" 3D model to analyse the results of your simulated procedures.
- When the simulation is finished, compare the Before and After 3D models to analyse the result.
See How to compare the Before and After using the progressive transition tool. - If changes are subtle or difficult to identify by the patient, open the Analysis
tool on the top bar and enable the relevant measurement to show the differences between the before and the after 3D images. - Share the simulated procedure with the patient.
Read How to give access to patients so that they can see their 3D images. - Create and update a customized PDF report with all the relevant information that has been discussed during your consultation.
