How to set up and share patient reviews automatically

Set up Automatic Publishing: Configure your publishing schedule: Customize your publications: How Automatic Publishing works

Automatically share positive patient reviews on your social media accounts with Crisalix.

Automatic Publishing uses AI to review patient feedback before publication and automatically shares eligible reviews according to your preferred publishing settings. This helps you maintain an active social media presence without having to prepare every post individually.

Before setting up Automatic Publishing, make sure that Crisalix Ratings & Reviews is enabled and that your Facebook or Instagram account is connected to Crisalix.

    Set up Automatic Publishing:

    1. Open the Social Media Sharing page in your Crisalix account.
    2. Choose the social media account where you want to publish reviews.
    3. Under Posting method, select AI-powered auto-publishing.
    4. Configure your publishing preferences:
      1. Select the minimum star rating a review must have to be considered for automatic publication.
      2. You can also enable Include only reviews with AI-approved content. When selected, AI reviews the content to help prevent unsuitable patient feedback from being published automatically.

    Configure your publishing schedule:

Under When should a review be posted?, choose:

    • As received, to automatically publish eligible reviews while maintaining a minimum interval between posts. Select if you want that interval to be days, weeks or months, and define the desired interval.
Crisalix publishes reviews in the order they are received, respecting the minimum interval you have configured.

    • On a schedule, to publish reviews on specific days and times. Choose the days on which you want reviews to be published and the preferred publication time for each selected day.
You can select one or more days and time slots. Only one review will be posted per day. Crisalix automatically publishes the next eligible review according to your configured schedule.

Only reviews received after Automatic Publishing is activated are considered for automatic publication. Reviews received before activation are not included, even if they have never been shared.

    Customize your publications:

    1. On the left, under Templates, select the template you want to use for your reviews. Check the Post preview to see how the review will appear.
    2. Choose whether to show the patient's public name using Display patient's public name.
    3. Edit the Post caption that will accompany your automatically published reviews. The same caption will be used for all posts.
    4. Select your preferred Color scheme, or keep the Crisalix default.
    5. Optionally, you can fully customize your post by adding your practice's logo in Logo.

    How Automatic Publishing works

Each new review that meets your minimum rating criteria enters the publishing queue. When AI content approval is enabled, reviews must also pass the AI content check before being published.

Reviews are published in the order they are received, with the oldest eligible review first. Crisalix checks the queue every 15 minutes and publishes the next eligible review only when a publication is due according to your settings.

If no eligible reviews are available, no publication is made until new eligible feedback is received.
