What are Crisalix Ratings & Reviews?

Crisalix Ratings & Reviews allows patients to naturally share feedback about their 3D experience with your practice.

What is Social Media Sharing for patient reviews?

Social Media Sharing allows you to turn patient reviews collected through Crisalix into customizable posts for Facebook and Instagram.

Which social media platforms are supported?

You can share patient reviews on Facebook, Instagram, or both.

What is the difference between Manual Publishing and Automatic Publishing?

Manual Publishing lets you select, customize, and share individual patient reviews. Automatic Publishing shares eligible reviews according to your preferred schedule, without requiring you to prepare each post individually. See How to manually share patient reviews on social media and How to set up and share patient reviews automatically.

Can I customize my review posts?

Yes. You can fully customize your posts by choosing a template, editing the post caption, selecting your brand color, adding your practice's logo, and deciding whether to display the patient's public name.

    What is AI-approved content?

AI-approved content refers to patient reviews that AI has identified as clearly positive and suitable for sharing on social media.

When you enable Include only reviews with AI-approved content, Crisalix analyzes the tone of each review and only considers feedback that is clearly favorable and appropriate for public sharing. Reviews that do not meet these criteria are excluded from Automatic Publishing.

AI does not modify or rewrite patient reviews; it only evaluates their sentiment to determine whether they qualify for publication.

How does Crisalix decide which review to publish automatically?

Crisalix automatically selects reviews received after Automatic Publishing is activated that meet your minimum rating criteria and, if enabled, AI content approval requirements. Eligible reviews are published in the order they are received, according to your configured publishing schedule.

How often are reviews published automatically?

You can set a minimum interval between posts using As received, or select specific publication days and times using On a schedule.

Can I delete a review post after it has been published?

To delete a review post once published, sign in to the corresponding Facebook or Instagram account and delete the post directly from that platform. Published posts cannot be deleted through Crisalix.

Can reviews received before Automatic Publishing is enabled be published automatically?

No. Automatic Publishing only includes new reviews received after you enable the feature. Reviews received before activation will not be published automatically, even if you have never shared them before.

What happens if there are no eligible reviews to publish?

No post is published until a new eligible review becomes available and your publishing settings allow a publication.

Are reviews published immediately after they are received?

Not necessarily. Crisalix checks the publishing queue every 15 minutes and publishes the next eligible review only when a publication is due according to your settings.
